Terms. A 50% deposit reserves your project and begins production. The balance is due at final approval, before delivery of unwatermarked files. Turnaround runs 7–10 business days from receipt of assets and deposit.
Not included unless listed in your proposal: talent and actors, major on-location shoots, paid media spend, extensive custom animation, premium licensing, raw footage and editable project files.

Retainer terms
Three-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' written notice.
Billed on the first of each month, in advance.
Unused videos roll forward one month, then expire.
Beyond the tier: on-location filming, voiceover, premium licensing, paid media and talent are quoted separately at add-on rates, less your retainer discount.
