Three places jobs slip away
Most shops don't have a shortage of people who need them. The work is already coming in. Some of it just never gets answered.
Missed calls
You're on a ladder or under a sink. Someone with water on the floor won't leave a voicemail. They call the next name on the list.
Estimates that go quiet
You drove out, measured, and sent the quote. Nobody followed up. The job went to the company that checked back in.
The owner bottleneck
Every question, reschedule, and review request lands on you, usually after hours. The business can only move as fast as your evenings allow.
Your customers already picked the interface
They call, and they text. So that's where the AI works: inside the phone call and the text thread, sounding like your business.
- Missed-call text-back. A friendly text from your number within seconds, so the caller doesn't move on.
- After-hours answering. Gathers the problem, address, and urgency, and books into the openings you set.
- Estimate follow-up. Polite check-ins on open quotes, on your schedule, with your approval.
- Reviews and reminders. Review requests after each job and seasonal tune-up reminders.
What AI should never do on its own
Before anything talks to a customer, we write the rules down with you and test them against the hard situations.
Set prices or discounts
It only shares the price ranges you approve. Discounts, waived fees, and big-job quotes always come to you.
Guess on safety
A gas smell or CO alarm gets your safety instructions word for word and an immediate alert, never a routine booking.
Argue with an upset customer
It hands off to a real person with a summary, so the customer never has to repeat their story.
Touch payments
Payments and sensitive details like gate and alarm codes stay in your own systems.
The secret is your business brain
What makes AI sound like your shop instead of a robot is the information behind it. We write it down with you once, and every tool reads it every time.
Business
Services, service area, hours, and the pricing rules only you know.
Customers
The situations that come up and how you handle each one, in your words.
Guardrails
What it can do alone, what needs your OK, and your safety rules.
Lessons
Every correction you make becomes a rule, so it sounds more like you over time.
Learn → Audit → Build → Run
The same method we use across all our work, built for how a home-service shop actually runs.

Common questions
Do I need to be technical?
No. We set everything up inside the tools you already use. You and your office manager learn it on your real work.
Will customers know they're talking to AI?
We recommend being upfront, for example "you've reached our after-hours line." Customers generally don't mind if it actually helps them, and there's always a clear way to reach a person.
Does it work with my scheduling software?
We check what your current tools can connect to during the audit, before recommending anything. We'd rather make your setup work harder than push you to switch.
What about texting rules?
Business texting has requirements, like carrier registration, consent, and honoring "STOP." We handle them as part of every setup.
Can you build something for us as a case study?
We're building one automation for a small number of home-service businesses at little or no cost in exchange for a published case study. See the case study program →
