Is this really free or low cost?
Yes. Selected businesses receive the automation at no cost, or a small shared cost if third-party tools carry a subscription. The exchange is permission to document the process and results, with your approval.
What happens after I apply?
We read every application and move forward with a small number. If selected, you'll get an email with a booking link for a discovery call. No call is scheduled until you're approved.
Do I have to be named in the case study?
No. You can be named, fully anonymized, or decline publication entirely. Nothing goes out without your written approval.
Who owns the automation?
You do. The working system, its documentation and your data belong to your business.
How much of my time is required?
One discovery call, light feedback during the build, and a short results check-in. Most partners spend under four hours total.
What if I want more after the use case?
No obligation. If you want ongoing AI operations support, P3DMG offers monthly plans. If the use case points to a larger custom software build, we'll scope that separately as a P3DMG engagement. Either way, the use case stands on its own.
